What will happen if I cancel the Local Toolkit subscription?

When you cancel your Semrush Local subscription, we will stop distributing and updating your business information across online directories and will no longer monitor your reviews. The listing data will remain in the directories and become subject to each publisher's normal data compilation process. This may result in your business listings changing over time.

How do I cancel the Local Toolkit subscription?

To cancel your Local Toolkit subscription, please submit a cancellation request using our official cancellation form.

Note: If you have more than one Semrush Local add-on or location limit, you must specify the exact quantity you wish to cancel in the comments field of the form.

How do I remove a location from my subscription?

If you have multiple locations and want to remove a specific one to preserve the limit for another location, you can do so directly in the Listing Management tool. Currently, this self-service feature is available for accounts with limits of more than three locations, and the removal button will appear one month after the initial setup. If the location removal feature is unavailable for your account, please submit a request through this contact form.

Removing a location manually does not remove the limit; it only removes the location itself. To prevent future charges for the Listings Management service on your subscription, please use the cancellation form.

Note: After a location is removed from Semrush, there may be a processing period of up to 3 days before it is fully disconnected from the platform.
